Booking Terms And Conditions
To secure your Parlour booking, we will need to hold your card details. Whilst we hold these details, no money will be taken unless you fail to turn up for your booking or break the booking terms.
Please let us know 24 hours before your booking for all drink reservations at the Parlour or 72 hours before your booking for Afternoon Tea if you wish to cancel your table. After this time a £10pp late cancellation fee applies.
Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea is available on Saturdays and Sundays at 12pm, 12:15pm, 2pm and 2:15pm and must be booked by Thursday that week.
If you are looking to book Afternoon Tea, after selecting your time slot, if you are not asked to select between Traditional Afternoon Tea and Champagne Afternoon Tea this time is no longer available to book. If this is the case we would ask that you try another time slot or another weekend.
Please include dietary requirements in the comments box. Please note, we can currently accommodate gluten free but not dairy free.
