Celebrate in style with us at Caboose!
If you are seeking a location for a stylish event, day or evening, Caboose offers a stunning setting. Our beautiful 1920s inspired Parlour is packed with character and boasts a stunning outdoor courtyard area that is also available for hire.
Our staff are sure to impress your guests with their extensive knowledge of drinks and first class service. We offer a deluge of cocktails using only the finest spirits, beer, wine, champagne, hot drinks and cold drinks.
Our venue is already very highly decorated, however, should you wish you bring balloons and your own decorations you are most welcome to. Please note, we do not permit anything to be fixed to the walls, existing décor or furniture. We also do not allow confetti.
We do not charge a hire fee, but we do set a minimum spend requirement. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required in advance to secure the booking.
Welcome/Toasting Drinks
Start your event off with pre-ordered welcome drinks. We recommend choosing from: Chapel Down Bacchus English, Deutz Champagne Deutz Classic Brut NV, Deutz Champagne Rosé, Meantime London Lager or Wine. (See Pricing Document).
Late Events & Residence Bedroom Hire
Alongside your Parlour booking, you can also book Caboose Residence. Caboose Residence is made up of 8 boutique bedrooms. Booking the Residence allows Parlour evening events to continue until 2am. Parlour bookings without the Residence are permitted until 10pm.
Catering
The only food we serve at Caboose is our pre-booked Afternoon Tea which you can order for your event. Should you wish to provide your own catering for your event, you may do so but this must be pre-agree at least 7 days prior to the event.
