Terms and Conditions

The minimum age for check in is 18.

You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival.  

Check in is from 3:00pm. If you would like to request an early check in, please email or call us. Our check in times are Monday-Wednesday 3pm until 7pm, Thursday-Saturday 3pm until 10pm and Sunday 3pm until 6pm. If you intend to arrive outside of these time frames, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Check out is 11:00am on your day of departure. Please ensure you vacate your room promptly. If you would like to request a late checkout, please email or call us. Whilst we cannot guarantee this, we will do our utmost to assist where possible.

Children are welcome. We have one travel cot available for guest use at Caboose. Please call us in advance of your stay to reserve use of this.

Please treat the property, all furnishings and communal areas with care for the comfort of you and our other guests. All damages will be recharged to the guest.

Unfortunately, due to the age of the building and space restrictions we do not have a lift within the property. All bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors. 

Chambord Cocktail will be offered to all guests who booked a room in the residence through www.caboosesalisbury.com. The recipe may change, please ask a member of staff for any dietary requirements. The offer is for a limited time whilst stocks last. Only one drink per person. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Only one drink per paying guest at the residence. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. We operate a strict challenge 25 policy and you may be required to provide ID. This promotion may be ended at any time without notice.

We require a valid credit/debit card number upon booking for pre-authorisation. Payment will be taken during your stay. We accept cash and credit/debit cards including American Express. We do not accept cheques.

Reception is manned between 8am and 6pm. It is not manned outside of these hours, so if you foresee yourself needing assistance please do so during these hours or email/call us.

All of our bedrooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site except for the designated smoking area in our courtyard. There is a £50 charge for guests who breach this policy.
